Thomas W. Douglas is a Managing Director at AMAR Companies (“AMARCO”), where he oversees the firm’s financial strategy, portfolio performance, and capital planning across its real estate holdings and direct investment platforms.

Prior to joining AMARCO, Tom spent six years at MidFirst Bank, the largest privately held bank in the United States, where he worked in corporate lending and private banking. His experience structuring and underwriting credit across a range of asset types provides a disciplined, lender-informed perspective that shapes AMARCO’s approach to acquisitions, capital structure, and risk management.

At AMARCO, Tom leads financial oversight of the firm’s portfolio, manages lender and capital partner relationships, and sources and underwrites new investment opportunities.

Mitchell H. Cook is a Senior Vice President at AMAR Companies (“AMARCO”), where he oversees operational strategy, property management, and portfolio growth across the firm’s commercial real estate holdings and industrial investment platforms.

Prior to joining AMARCO, Mitchell spent nearly a decade in construction project management before building extensive experience in residential property management and leasing operations. He also founded and operated his own business for over a decade, bringing a hands-on, owner-operator perspective to his work.
